Flaithulach guarantee that all goods on offer are as described on the website and are fit for their intended purpose.

LIABILITY: The liability of the Company under these terms and conditions shall at all times be limited to the price of the Goods.

DELIVERY

We aim to deliver within 48 hours and where possible we will dispatch the same day. However please be aware that these are only estimates and it is not always possible. If you require items urgently, please email before placing your order.

PRICE & PAYMENT : Payment for goods ordered can be made by credit card or debit card. In the event of payment being declined by your card issuer. Flaithulach shall not be responsible for any costs or inconvenience caused and goods will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.

The prices of the Products are quoted on the Website. Prices quoted for delivery are for the United Kingdom unless otherwise specified.The delivery costs will be added to the total amount due from you at their current rate. Details of our delivery charges can be located in the shopping basket, where you will still be able to amend your order.We reserve the right, by giving notice to you at any time before delivery or performance of our obligations to you, to increase the price of the Products or delivery to reflect any increase in the cost to us (such as without limitation, any foreign exchange fluctuation, significant increase in the costs of labour, materials or other costs of manufacture). In the unlikely event of this occurring, you shall be entitled to cancel the order at any time before delivery of the goods and/or we have commenced providing the services.

RETURNS

Flaithulach will refund or exchange items if:

They are returned with the original Flaithulach receipt

They were purchased direct from Flaithulach within the last 14 days (7 days in the case of Harmonicas. Please read below)

They are returned to Flaithulach in their original, unopened packaging and in resaleable condition

Flaithulach cannot accept returns without prior notification. Please be sure to email the shop in advance.

Due to copyright infringement, we are unable to issue refunds for unsealed Books & CDs unless they are damaged; or faulty. upon which this returns statement will apply and a replacement will be sent. You have the right to return any faulty goods. Please keep any warranty information that accompanies your item as this may be needed.

PLEASE NOTE: Customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods to Flaithulach. We do not refund any carriage or postal charges paid, unless the item was received damaged.

If you have taken delivery of a package and it or the contents have been damaged in transit, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt and please return the item(s) to us within 7 days of receipt for exchange. It is your responsibility to the check the contents of any parcel that arrives with a damaged box or container, prior to signing.

Flaithulach maintains the right to charge a restocking fee on returned items that are not faulty.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
